Welcome to the LoXurious Hair site! Before booking your appointment there are somethings we’d like to bring to your attention about our policy before booking. PLEASE READ!!!
LoXurious Hair is primarily a “by appointment” business, therefore, last minute cancellations can have a great impact to our business. Because of this deposits are required for all services and are NON TRANSFERABLE OR REFUNDABLE. The amount charged will be applied toward the services on the day of your appointment. If you are considered a No Call No Show or Cancel your appointment your Deposit is Forfeited and must repay to book a new appointment .
We do understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore we requests at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A deposit is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” for will incur your Deposit will be forfeited.
Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment you will have to reschedule. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your deposit will be forfeited.
We do understand that picking a hairstyle can be difficult at times especially when there’s so many to choose from . Unfortunately Once you have booked your appointment you CAN NOT CHANGE the style you booked the day of your appointment. Due to the time difference and supply for certain styles it is not Permitted.
All stylists strive to ensure our clients happiness and satisfaction. We do not give refunds. If you are not entirely satisfied with your service, please call and schedule a complimentary adjustment within two days. The adjustment policy doesn’t cover a change in the style or service. Full service price applies after three days. We will not be liable nor redo hair that has been done outside of our salon. We cannot guarantee complete satisfaction if the client has previously had hair installed outside of our salon.
Children are ONLY permitted in the salon when the child is receiving a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We feel as a business, children who visit the salon during their parents' appointments or children who are unattended in the waiting area pose a safety issue. We love children, and we hope you understand that we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. During their appointment, children need to be able to sit still so that the stylist can perform a quality service. We also do not offer discounted pricing for children's services, our services are based upon the length, density of hair, and the amount of time required to perform the service.
If your stylist is running behind for your appointment because of tardy guests, a lengthy blowdry, or any other service, you will be notified prior to arriving at the salon and a complimentary deep conditioning service will added to your next appointment. Please let your Stylist know before booking.
